YOUR PLACE IN THE REALM

What this private test stores.

Your sign-in

Discord sign-in uses your Discord identity, not your server messages. If email sign-in is configured, your email is used to send a short-lived sign-in code. You do not give Lorelands your Discord or Play Hub password.

The service stores sign-in identifiers, sessions and account details separately from tournament data. Login codes are stored as hashes; provider tokens are encrypted. Session and private-test cookies are used to keep you signed in and admit you to the invited test.

What other people can see

Other admitted testers can see community display names, team names, colors, bios, roles and rosters. Captains use member codes for invitations; contact emails are not shown on team pages. Treat these community fields as information that may become public when the site launches, and do not include private contact details.

The public map and checked tournament history are separate from account testing. Tournament names and results come from Ravensburger Play Hub. Linking a player record is a separate pending request, not automatic ownership proof.

History and test data

Membership changes, invitations and account actions have a history so permissions and reported problems can be investigated. Rate limits use client network information. Hosting and sign-in providers may also retain operational logs.

This is an early private test. Profiles and teams may be reset before launch. We have not established a final public-launch retention policy, and self-service account deletion is not available yet.

Help, removal and unwanted content

Contact the person who invited you to this test for account help, to request removal, or to report impersonation or unwanted team content. Share your community member code when needed, never a sign-in code or password. A team captain cannot recover another person's login or approve ownership of their tournament identity.

Leave the test if you are not comfortable with these limitations. Browsing the map does not require a community account.
